18 carat yellow gold ring with three orbits pave-set with blue sapphires and a large sky blue topaz in the center.

Materials

18 carat yellow gold. 48 sapphires measuring 2 mm in diameter, with a total weight of 12.40 carats. Central stone is a fancy oval cut sky blue topaz weighing 21.68 carats.

Inspiration

The Uranus ring is one of the four ‘planet rings’ in the Orbitas collection, inspired by the definition of the word it is named after: the path that a celestial body follows in the sky, tracing overlapping ellipses. Each model features two or three orbits revolving around a central stone. The Uranus ring features three rose gold orbits pave-set with blue sapphires intersecting around a fancy oval cut sky blue topaz.
